JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was issued on 6 September 2022. The Respondent failed to present a valid response on time.[2]The name of the Respondent is amended to “EC1 Coffee House Limited”[3]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal, failure to pay notice pay, failure to pay holiday pay and unlawful deductions from wages succeed.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1,500 basic award and £1,000 compensatory award in respect of the unfair dismissal claim, £2,500 (net) in respect of the holiday pay claim and £806 (net) in respect of unlawful deductions from wages (there being no additional loss in respect of the notice pay claim).
