[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the respondent unlawfully failed to pay wages to the claimant.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £995.32 net, with the respondent to account to HMRC for tax and National Insurance contributions on the gross sum of £1244.16.[4]The claimant’s claim for interest is not upheld. Note: Reasons for this judgment were given orally at the hearing.
