JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of unlawful deduction from wages and discrimination because of age are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The complaints of automatic unfair dismissal and discrimination because of race are struck out on the grounds that they have no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The Claimant’s application to join Sethia London Limited as a respondent is refused; alternatively the claim against that company is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success.[4]The Claimant shall by 14 February 2020 send to the Tribunal, copied to the Respondents, written representations in respect of the Respondents’ costs application, with a view to the Employment Judge deciding this on paper.[5]The hearing listed to commence on 6 July 2020 is vacated.
