[1]It does not have jurisdiction to hear the wages claim under Employment Rights Act section 13 as it was filed out of time.[2]It does not have jurisdiction to hear the breach of contract claim both because it was filed out of time and because it falls outside the Extension of Jurisdiction Order 1994.[3]In the alternative, the respondent did not unlawfully deduct pay or breach the bonus provisions of the claimant’s contract.[4]The claimant is ordered to pay the respondent’s costs of £5,000.
