[1]The Respondent dismissed the Claimant in breach of contract. The Respondent shall pay damages to the Claimant for breach of contract in the sum of £263.08; and[2]The Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimant. The Respondent shall pay compensation to the Claimant for unfair dismissal in the total sum of £2,473.10 being:(a) A basic award of £1,315.40; and(b) A compensatory award of £1,157.70[3]All other claims are dismissed. - 1 - Case Number: 2206662/2017
