JUDGMENT

[1]the first claimant’s claims for breach of contract (notice pay), unlawful deduction from wages (holiday pay), and a redundancy payment against the second respondent having been withdrawn by the first claimant, are dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.The first claimant’s claims for breach of contract (notice pay), unlawful - 1 - deduction from wages (holiday pay), and a redundancy payment against the first respondent shall continue.[2]the second claimant’s claims for breach of contract (notice pay), unlawful deduction from wages (holiday pay), statutory maternity pay and a redundancy payment against the second respondent having been withdrawn by the second claimant, are dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.The second claimant’s claims for breach of contract (notice pay), unlawful deduction from wages (holiday pay), statutory maternity pay and a redundancy payment against the first respondent shall continue.[3]The Employment Tribunal, in accordance with Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 issues the following Judgment of consent of parties:3.1 All further proceedings in this action be settled upon the following terms:a. The first respondent, Anzhelika Khan, shall pay to the first claimant the sums of: i. £4,553.26 for notice pay and holiday pay, less all required deductions for tax and National Insurance contributions; and ii. £15,517 tax-free redundancy payment.b. The first respondent, Anzhelika Khan, shall pay to the second claimant the sums of: i. £783.82 for notice pay, less all required deductions for tax and National Insurance contributions; ii. £1,567.64 for holiday pay, less all required deductions for tax and National Insurance contributions; iii. £9,402.48 for statutory maternity pay, less all required deductions for tax and National Insurance contributions; and iv. £2,348.18 tax-free redundancy payment. - 2 -3.2 There shall be no order as to costs.
