JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Skinwork Professional Limited trading as Skinwork Global Limited.[2]The claim in respect of unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £484.26 forthwith. This is a gross payment and the claimant is to pay over to the appropriate authorities any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sum.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]The complaint of breach of contract in respect of notice pay is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
