JUDGMENT

[1]In relation to the Claimant ‘s claim for notice pay, this claim is well founded. The sum of £8,333.33 representing 1 month’s gross pay is awarded to the Claimant[2]In relation to the Claimant’s claim for arrears of pay, this claim is well founded; the sum of £2 307.66 representing 6 days’ gross pay is awarded to the Claimant. A declaration is also made that there was an unlawful deduction of wages by the First and Second Respondents in relation to the Claimant’s salary. Case Number:2206632/2018[3]In relation to the Claimant’s claim that the First and Second Respondents failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of written particulars, this claim is well founded. The First and Second Respondents are ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £ 7692.32 representing 4 week’s gross pay. The First and Second Respondent are therefore ordered to pay a total gross sum to the Claimant of £18 333.31 This Judgement also records that the Claimant and the First and Second Respondents agreed that the First and Second Respondents shall pay to the Claimant (in addition to the sum of £18 333.31) the sum of £2,500 plus VAT as a contribution towards the Claimant’s legal costs.
