REASONS
[1]On 13 October 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant stating that Employment Judge Glennie was considering striking out the claim under rule 37 of the Rules of procedure on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success, for the reasons set out in the letter. The Claimant was asked to submit any written representations as to why this should not be done, or to make any request for a hearing, by 27 October 2022.[2]No reply has been received from the Claimant. The claim is therefore struck out.
