[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,102 in respect of a redundancy payment;[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded. The Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimant. The Claimant is awarded no compensation, as her claim for a basic award is reduced by reason of the redundancy payment awarded by the Tribunal, pursuant to section 122(4)(a) Employment Rights Act 1996;[3]The Claimant’s application for costs is dismissed. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 2206548/2020 V
