JUDGMENT

On hearing the Claimant in person and Mr T Ward, director, on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) By consent, the Claimant’s claim under the Working Time Regulations 1998 in respect of annual leave entitlements is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof the agreed sum of £1,169.00.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal under the Employment Rights Act 1996, s100 is not well-founded and is accordingly dismissed. Employment Judge Snelson 6 March 2017 NOTE: It appears to the Tribunal (but if in doubt the parties should take independent advice) that income tax and national insurance contributions are payable in respect of the award under paragraph (1) above. If so, provided that the Respondents make appropriate deductions and account therefor to the proper authorities, payment to the Claimant of the ‘net’ sum will represent a valid discharge of this judgment.
