JUDGMENT
[1]The first and second respondents harassed the claimant, related to sex, race and religion.[2]The first and second respondents victimised the claimant for complaining of harassment.[3]No award on the claim for breach of contract as to notice.[4]No award for failing to provide a statutory notice of contract terms.[5]The respondent conducted the proceedings unreasonably, and is ordered to pay the claimant’s costs in the sum of £6,300 (counsel), £5,500 (solicitor) and £2,360 VAT, total £14,160.[6]The tribunal declined to order a penalty under section 12A of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996.
