Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response having been entered to the claim it is adjudged that the claimant should be awarded £3288.51 made up as follows:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2139.93.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £197.50.[3]The respondent being in breach of its obligations to give a written statement of particulars of employment the claimant is awarded £951.08.
