JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person and there being no appearance or representation by or on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof agreed £578.87.(2) The Claimant’s claim under the Working Time Regulations 1998 for compensation for annual leave entitlement outstanding on the termination of employment is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof £1,038.36.(3) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof £877.32.
