JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent breached the appellant’s contract of employment in failing to pay her one week’s notice. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £373.85 net, without deduction of tax.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages in the period from 1 July to 7 August 2018. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the deductions, which are 5 weeks’ wages (including her entitlement to a tronc payment) of £1,869.25, again net, without deduction of tax.[3]The total award(1) and(2) is therefore £2,063.10, (net).
