JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant confirmed that he is no longer pursuing the claims of notice pay, redundancy pay and unfair dismissal, which are dismissed on withdrawal, on the basis that he has received a redundancy payment and is about to receive notice pay from the Insolvency Service.[2]The respondent made the following unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages, which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant:a. pay in the period from 1 July to 7 August 2018, which is 5 weeks’ Case Number 2206461/2018 wages of £1,979.55, net, without deduction of tax;b. A ‘tronc’ payment for July 2018 of £320 (net);c. 9 days or 1.8 weeks’ holiday pay of £711 (net);d. Employers and employees’ contributions (the latter being deducted from the claimant’s pay but never paid into his pension) in the period January to April 2018: £1,330.88 (net)[3]The total award that the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant (2(a) to (d) above) is therefore £4,341.43, net, without deduction of tax.
