JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed, on the basis that the claimant has insufficient qualifying service.[2]The claimant is no longer pursuing the claim for notice pay, on the basis that he is engaging with the Insolvency Service and has received an interim payment for this. The claim is dismissed on the claimant’s withdrawal of this clam.[3]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages as set out below, which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant on net basis, without deduction of tax: Case Number 2206454/2018a. in respect of his pay for the period from 1 to 7 August 2018; a week’s net pay of £307.52;b. in respect of an entitlement to a ‘tronc’ payment for July 2018 of £352, again net;c. in respect of 6 days, or 1.2 weeks’ accrued but untaken holiday, of £466.49, again net.[4]The claimant’s claim for unpaid pension contributions fails and is dismissed.[5]The total award (3 (a) to (c)) is therefore £1,126.01 net, with no deduction for taxes.
