JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant is no longer pursuing the claims for notice pay and redundancy pay, on the basis that he has already received the same from the Insolvency Service. He is not pursuing the claim of unfair dismissal for the same reason. The claims are dismissed on the claimant’s withdrawal of these claims.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages as set out below, which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant on net basis, without deduction of tax:a. in respect of his pay for the period from 1 July to 7 August 2018; 5 Case Number 2206453/2018 weeks’ net pay (including an average ‘tronc’ payment’ of £1,694.30;b. in respect of 12 days, or 2.4 weeks’ accrued but untaken holiday, of £813.26, again net.c. Pension contributions in the period from January to August 2018, in respect of both employer and employee contributions (the latter, which the respondent deducted but did not pay into the claimant’s pension) of £134.05, again net.[3]The total award (2 (a) to (c)) is therefore £2,641.61 net, with no deduction for taxes.
