JUDGMENT
[1]The two claims shall be heard together.[2]The hearing is postponed to allow a Portuguese interpreter.[3]There shall be a Preliminary Hearing on 10 July 2017 at 10.00am at Watford Employment Tribunal which shall determine whether the complaints have been presented in time and if not whether time shall be extended because it was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to present the claims (or either of them) in time.[4]The Preliminary Hearing shall be followed immediately by the Full Hearing if the tribunal has jurisdiction over the claims.
