JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent breached the claimant’s employment by failing to give her 2 weeks’ notice of dismissal. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages, without deduction of tax, of £720.96.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages as set out below, which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant on net basis, without deduction of tax:a. in respect of her basic wages for the period from 1 to 31 July 2018, £1,324.07b. in respect of an unpaid ‘tronc’ entitlement for July 2018, £235 Case Number 2206424/2018c. in respect of unpaid wages and ‘tronc’ for 1 to 8 August 2018, £360.48d. in respect of 0.9 weeks’ accrued but untaken holiday, £324.43[3]The total award (1 and 2) is therefore £2,964.94 net, with no deduction for taxes.
