The complaint of race discrimination is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1,000 following a preliminary hearing held on 7th April 2022. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 7th April 2022. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of race discrimination is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Hearing fixed for 14th to 16th September 2022 is converted to a half-day Hearing in front of an Employment Judge sitting alone, to consider the complaint of unlawful deduction from wages. It will start at 10.00 on 14 September 2022 and will be conducted remotely by CVP.
