JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent breached the claimant’s employment by failing to give her two weeks’ notice. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £126.34 net, without deduction of tax.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages as set out below, which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant on net basis, without deduction of tax:a. in respect of her pay for 1 to 30 June 2018, £273.75b. in respect of her pay for 1 to 31 July 2018, £412.50c. in respect of a failure to make a July ‘tronc’ payment, £90.75 Case Number 2206392/2018d. in respect of her pay to 1 to 7 August, based on 13 hours, £95.16e. in respect of 3 weeks’ holiday, accrued but untaken, £189.51.[3]The total award (1 and 2) is therefore £1,188.01 net, with no deduction for taxes. =
