[1]The correct Respondent is Fast & Loose Pubs Limited.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages as it was not submitted within the time limit required by section 23(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages as it is an exempt deduction pursuant to section 14(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The claims are therefore dismissed.
