JUDGMENT
UNDER RULE 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a response to the Claimant’s claim, Employment Judge Spencer has adjudged on the basis of the information before her that(i) The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £577 in respect of unpaid wages, being £1540 in unpaid wages less £943 alreay paid by the Insolvencey Service.(ii) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider a claim for the costs of dental treatment, and that claim is dismissed.
