[1]The claimant has not complied with any of the case management directions issued 19 November 2018.[2]The claimant has not replied to correspondence from the respondent about the claim.[3]The claimant did not attend the preliminary hearing for case management on 29 January 2019.[4]The claimant has not written, as directed on 6 February 2019, to confirm she is participating in the proceedings.[5]I conclude the claim is not actively pursued. It is therefore struck out pursuant to rule 37(1)(d). The hearing listed for 18-21 June will not take place.
