ON REMEDY The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant a redundancy payment of £663.46.[2]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant compensation for breach of contract of £2,282.05.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant compensation for unfair dismissal of £900.00.[4]The total of the above figures is £3,745.51. The Respondent is entitled to credit for the sum of £574.99 already paid and the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is therefore £3,170.52. Case Number: 2206100/2017
