JUDGEMENT The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages in the amount £836.51 by not paying the claimant all the wages on the due date. On 18 December 2020, the respondent sent the amount due to the claimant’s account with the credit value date of 22 December 2020. Therefore, no order is made to pay the wage unlawfully deducted.
