JUDGMENT
In default of the Respondent presenting a response within the relevant time limit, Employment Judge Spencer, has adjudged on the basis of the information before her that:(i) The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £781.(ii) The Claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of holiday accrued but not taken succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £216.(iii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a total of £997. N.B the above award is expressed as a gross figure. Provided that the Respondent makes appropriate deduction is respect of income tax and national insurance and accounts therefore to the proper authorities, payment of the Claimant of the net sum will represent a valid discharge of this judgment,
