JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person and there being no appearance or representation by or on behalf of the Respondents (who have presented no response), it is adjudged that:(1) The Claimant was employed by the Respondents for less than the two-year qualifying period and accordingly her complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof the sum of £2,033.89.(3) The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof the sum of £368.20.(4) The Claimant’s claim for compensation for annual leave entitlement accrued but not taken prior to termination is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof the sum of £996.15.(5) Accordingly, the total award is £3,398.24.
