On hearing the Claimant in person and Mr A Ross, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents, the Tribunal adjudges that:(1) The Claimant’s application for a postponement of the preliminary hearing is refused.(2) The complaints of detrimental treatment on grounds of trade union membership and/or activities, disability discrimination and disability-related harassment were presented out of time and are dismissed for want of jurisdiction.(3) All other claims are struck out.(4) Accordingly, the entire proceedings are dismissed.
