[1]The Tribunal does not have territorial jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim for automatic unfair dismissal under the Employment Rights Act 1996 and her claims for protected disclosure and disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010.[2]The claims are dismissed.
