JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent unlawfully deducted wages due to the Claimant. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,368.00p.[2]The Respondent failed unreasonably to comply with a relevant Code of Practice and it is just and equitable to increase that award by 10%. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant an additional sum of £336.80p.[3]The Claimant’s claim alleging a failure by the Respondent to give a statement as required by Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.
