JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1 and further information and document supplied by the claimant, Employment Judge E Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing, pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The Respodnent has failed to pay the Claimant as follows: Salary from 1st Feb - 28th February 2023 in the amount of £3,510 Salary from 1st Mar - 15th Mar in the amount of £2,463 4 days of 2022 annual leave carried forward to 2023 - in the amount of £657 7 days of 2023 annual leave - £936 This comes to a total of £7,566.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £7,566 less any deductions required to be made for tax and national insurance for which the Respondent is required to account to HMRC.
