[1]By an Order dated 01/07/2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations by 8 July 2019, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it has not been actively pursued.• The Claimant failed to attend the Final Hearing of the claim on 1 July 2019 and did not provide any supporting evidence for the reason he gave for not attending.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]A Final Hearing will not take place.
