Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondents having failed to submit a response to the claim and the claimant having set out clearly in box 9.2 the amount she is claiming for unpaid wages (£2250.00) and expenses (£67.00), and a search of Companies House having shown that the Respondents are still active and the registered office addresses are those shown on the claim form, judgment is granted as follows:[1]The respondents must pay to the claimant the sum of £2250.00 for unpaid wages.[2]The respondents must pay the claimant the sum of £67.00 for expenses.[3]The respondents are jointly and severally liable for the above sums.[4]The hearing listed on 11 February 2021 is vacated.
