JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is a ‘worker’ for the purposes of section 230(3)(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (“ERA 1996”) and regulation 2 (applying limb (b) of the relevant definition of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (“WTR 1998”).[2]The respondent will pay the sum of £5320 pursuant to her claim for holiday pay under section 23 ERA 1996 and reg 30 WTR 1998. Case Number: 2205580/2022[3]The claimant’s remaining claims under Claim Number 2205580/2022 are dismissed on withdrawal.[4]There is no order as to costs.
