[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds.[2]The claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal succeeds.[3]The claimant’s complaint of failure to pay a statutory redundancy payment succeeds.[4]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of unpaid salary fails and is dismissed.[5]The Respondent is Ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £3230.90 which comprises of the following:5.1 £1706.90 (which is the sum representing two weeks’ net pay) in respect of the respondent’s failure to give two weeks’ notice of dismissal;5.2 £1524 in respect of the respondent’s failure to pay the statutory redundancy payment. 10.7 Judgment with reasons – rule 62 Case No: 2205560/2018
