JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the respondent breached the claimant's contract of employment by dismissing her without notice. The respondent shall pay to the claimant £1853.16 damages for the breach of contract.[2]The respondent’s counter claim for breach of contract fails and is dismissed[3]The claimant's complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a basic award of £3178.50 and a compensatory award of £22011.68.[4]For the purposes of the recoupment regulations: 4.1.The monetary award is £ 27043.34 4.2 The prescribed element is £20981.13 4.3 The period of the prescribed element is from 6 April 2018 to 2 May 2019. 4.4 The excess of the monetary award over the prescribed element is £6062.21
