JUDGMENT
[1]In the absence of an ET3 form from the Respondent, and given the Respondent’s non-attendance at this hearing, the Tribunal has considered the case based on the Claimant’s representations.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages for four days is well founded, as a result of which she is awarded the sum of £230.76 gross.[3]The Claimant’s claim for 23 days of unpaid holiday pay is well founded, as a result of which she is awarded the sum of £1326.87 gross.[4]The Claimant is awarded an additional £389.41 in respect of the Respondent’s unreasonable failure to comply with the ACAS Code pursuant to Section 207A of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 2205205/2018
