Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent having failed to submit a response to the claim and the claimant’s representative having set out clearly in his letter dated 3 February 2020 the amount claimed for unpaid wages (£1,846.11), and a search of Companies House having shown that the Respondent is still active, judgment is ordered as follows:[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,846.11 less tax of £369.22 and National Insurance of £221.53, a net amount of £1,255.35.[2]The hearing listed on 19 March 2020 is vacated.
