The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) All of the Claimant’s claims against the First Respondent are dismissed;(2) The Claimant’s claim against the Second Respondent alleging unlawful deductions from wages succeeds and the Second Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,600.00p;(3) The Claimant’s claim against the Second Respondent alleging breach of contract is dismissed;(4) The Claimant’s claim against the Second Respondent alleging non- payment of holiday pay due succeeds and the Second Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £184.60p.
