JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person (assisted by Mrs N Krawczynski, lay representative) and Mr J McKeown, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal because she was not at any material time ‘employed’ by the Respondents within the meaning of the Employment Rights Act 1996, s230(1) and (2).(2) The Claimant having confirmed that she does not seek to pursue any other claim, the proceedings as a whole are accordingly dismissed.
