JUDGMENT
On hearing Mrs S Heijdra, counsel, on behalf of the Claimant and Mr S Langton, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents; And terms of settlement having been agreed at the hearing as set out below; And the parties having agreed that in the event of more than one default by the Respondents in relation to their obligations to make the series of payments specified below, the Claimant shall immediately become entitled to proceed to enforce the entire judgment debt (giving credit for any part-payments already made); And by consent; It is directed that Bucci Restaurants Ltd be joined as Second Respondent to the Claimant’s claims; And it is adjudged that, in full and final settlement of all claims or potential claims arising out of the Claimant’s employment by the Respondents and/or the termination thereof, the Respondents shall pay into the Claimant’s bank account (the details of which are to be supplied to the Respondents’ solicitors no later than 4 p.m. on 24 June 2021) the agreed sum of £20,000.00, and that:(1) The said sum shall be paid as to £4,000.00 no later than 30 June 2021 and the balance of £16,000.00 in weekly instalments of not less than £1,000.00 commencing no later than 6 July 2021, such that the total liability shall be discharged no later than 20 October 2021; and Case Number: 2205011/2019(2) Each Respondent shall be jointly and severally liable for the debt of £20,000 and each of the payments required to discharge it.
