JUDGMENT
The claimant’s claims of(a) statutory sick pay for the period from 16 August 2019 onwards;(b) sexual harassment by bar staff at the Piccadilly branch; and(c) race discrimination by senior management at the Piccadilly branch are struck out. All other claims proceed as listed on the agreed list of issues attached to a case management order by EJ Isaacson dated 28 July 2020.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay three deposits of £25 within 42 days following a preliminary hearing held on 30 April 2020.The claimant has failed to pay these deposits. The claimant’s claims(a) statutory sick pay for the period from 16 August 2019 onwards;(b) sexual harassment by bar staff at the Piccadilly branch; and(c) race discrimination by senior management at the Piccadilly branch are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
