[1]By a letter dated 19 February 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it had not been actively pursued. The Claimant had not responded to correspondence from the Tribunal sent on 29 May 2018, asking if she wanted to continue her claim[2]The claimant failed to make any representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
