JUDGMENT

Upon agreement having been reached by the parties for the settlement of the issues in this action:- AND BY CONSENT IT IS ORDEERED THAT[1]The Claimant’s claim for sexual harassment is well founded and accordingly the Tribunal hereby declares that the Claimant’s rights were infringed by the Respondent as follows: The Claimant was subjected to sex discrimination by the Respondent contrary to s26(2) of the Equality Act 2010. The Claimant was sexually harassed on 8th March 2018 when a senior male executive slapped her on the bottom at an industry conference. This has the effect of violating her dignity and creating an intimidating, degrading, and humiliating environment for her.[2]All proceedings in this action can be dismissed in accordance with the terms of a private agreement between the parties.
