JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Wade has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The respondent has unlawfully failed to pay notice pay and redundancy pay to the claimant.[4]The tribunal orders the respondent to pay £1,556.25to the claimant consisting of:a. Notice pay of £1,245 gross (or the net equivlant)b. Redundancy pay of £311.25[5]The hearing listed for 11 December will not take place and the parties should not attend.
