[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 response form in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, Employment Judge Glennie has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the judgment of the Tribunal, made under Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below:[3]The complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded.[4]The Tribunal orders the respondent to pay the claimant £6,713.19 and to account to HMRC for the tax and national insurance due on this amount.[5]Further, the Tribunal amends the claim to include the sums sought by the claimant since presenting the claim in September 2021.
