JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim cannot be heard by the Tribunal for the following reasons:a. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear his complaint of unfair dismissal, because he does not have two years’ continuous service;b. His complaint of “other payments” is the same as his complaint of arrears of pay;c. His complaint of arrears of pay has already been the subject of a County Court judgment and accordingly the principle of res judicata applies and he is estopped from bringing the same complaint in the Tribunal;d. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear his “other claims”, said to be a “violation of policies”.[2]Accordingly, his claim is dismissed.
