BY CONSENT Following agreement by the parties, the Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Abasto Limited.[2]Within 14 days of today’s date, the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £340 in relation to the sums claimed in this case.[3]The Respondent will be entitled to make deductions from this sum for income tax and national insurance contributions, if applicable.[4]This judgment brings the proceedings to an end by consent and the claim is therefore dismissed.
